Bike Bazaar - Vendor Registration
The 2023 Bike Bazaar returns to Riverside University High School Community Center where YOU as a vendor can sell new and used bikes, parts, and accessories. Arts and crafts vendors are also welcomed to be on site to sell products.
EVENT GENERAL VENDOR FEE:
8′ x 8′ Vendor Space
Cost: $50
Includes: 2 admissions, 1 table, 2 chairs
GENERAL PUBLIC ADMISSION FEES:
$10 VIP access at 9A.M.
$5 Adult/General Public (10A.M. access)
$3 w/ Student ID (MPS or College)
Kids under 12 FREE
ELECTRIC & WIFI:
• There are electric outlets along facility walls. Please bring an extension cord if you need electric.
• There is guest WiFi that may be spotty, but available to use. (Login info will be provided the day of the event)
VENDOR LOADING & UNLOADING AND PARKING:
Doors open at 7am for Vendors.
DO NOT leave your vehicle in the main parking lot. Please move after unloading so customers have access to the parking lot.
TABLE/BOOTH VENDORS:
As paid vendors you can put 1 BIKE in the corral for FREE PER BOOTH RENTED and list
your booth and contact info on sheet provided. AFTER THAT see below for rules.
FOR INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES:
$5 to put your bike in corral and sell yourself *
-We provide you with a tag for contact information and price, feel free to bring additional support information to attach to bike as well if necessary.
$5 flat rate commission on any bike sale transactions Bike Swap staff handles**
-All vendors with a space inside the gym must put the complete bikes they bring in their assigned space. If you want to bring 10 complete bikes to sell and have a table for other parts/accessories you must purchase enough space to put the things you want to sell in your space. NO BIKES IN THE AISLES!
**If you will be at the swap all day and will handle the sale and coordination of your bike we only charge you the $5 to put it in the space. If you want to drop your bike off at 9:30A.M. then leave for the day and have us handle the sale, we will pay you when you come back at 3P.M. and will charge a $5 flat rate commission. NO commission charge for bikes that DO NOT sell. ALL BIKES sold or not are charged the initial $5. CASH ONLY. MUST PICK UP YOUR UNSOLD BIKE BY 3:15P.M.
For transactions of bikes in the corral the Bike Swap handles, we will accept cash or
checks for payments and reimburse the seller in cash/check at 3P.M. If you do not pick
up your money by 3:15P.M. your sale may be considered a donation
